FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention opens the way to remove the paint, printed on polymer film containing various methods of physical/chemical treatment. According to the method, the raw material with the ink printed on it in the plunger is pretreated to obtain a film without foreign objects. Further, the film is ground without foreign objects in the chopper. The paint is removed from the film by a cleaning solution consisting of a solution of surfactants in water with a basic pH in the purification system. In this case, a treated polymer film containing a portion of the cleaning solution and dispersed paint residues and, in addition, a cleaning solution together with the paint removed from the film is obtained in the cleaning tank in which the blades are blended. The treated polymer film is washed in mentioned cleaning system containing at least three tanks to produce a clean film without paint and residual cleaning solution. The cleaning solution is reconstituted in a centrifuge. The pigment is reduced in the reactor for heat treatment. The film is dried in a dryer to form a ground film without paint and a cleaning solution.

EFFECT: obtaining two products: a polymer film without paint and pigment for reuse in industry, reducing the amount of waste.
