FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to decorative wall, ceiling or floor panels and to their production. Claimed process comprises the steps that follow. a) Carrier is produced of a plate and nonwoven material. b) Adhesive is applied on the surface of said carrier or said nonwoven material. c) Nonwoven material is laminated by application of adhesive on carrier surface. d) Nonwoven material is impregnated with hardening of fluid agent. e) Impregnating agent is solidified. Claimed process differs from know methods in that said carrier represents a plastic carrier. Note here that said nonwoven material is a paper substrate for printing for decor to be printed thereon between steps c) and d). Note also that solidifying agent contains components adapted for cross-linking under radiation. Note that solidification is caused by electromagnetic radiation.
EFFECT: simplified and efficient process, higher quality of watertight panel.
