FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: system includes plenum and exhaust units, as well as it is provided with a heat pump having two heat exchangers with passages; with that, one of them serves for passage due to operation of a compressor of a working substance, and a flow diagram of the working substance via the first passages of two heat exchangers is changed automatically as per a signal of an ambient air temperature control sensor; the second valves of both heat exchangers are connected by means of pipelines with pumps and three-way valvesc mounted on them to the heat exchangers in plenum and exhaust units. An adiabatic cooling section and two heat exchangers connected via pipelines to two heat exchangers of the heat pump are mounted in the exhaust unit. The first heat exchanger of the plenum unit is connected via pipelines to the heat exchanger in the heat pump and to the second heat exchanger in the exhaust unit, and the second heat exchanger of the plenum unit is connected via pipelines to the first heat exchanger in the exhaust unit and pipelines from a central heat supply source are connected to connecting pipelines through on/off valves.
EFFECT: improving energy efficiency of operation of an air conditioning system.
