FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: substance of the invention consists in the following: in variation of the method of code dialling by use of telescopically arranged tubes 2, a bearing rod 7 with a shaped opening 6, on which in the upper visible part there is faceting 3 in the form of a regular decagon inscribed into a circumference equal to diameter of each tube, a decagon with numbers from 0 to 9 of tube positions applied onto facets relative to the central rod, and the lower part has stepped cuts 1 of different depth by sectors produced as a result of connection of the centre of circumferences producing the lower part of tubes with tops of the decagon, a protective body 5, a single U-shaped ledge on the body 4.

EFFECT: increased reliability of key operation, its resistance to atmospheric and mechanical exposures, facilitation and increase of speed of code combination dialling, due to exclusion of threaded joints and digital scales both under conditions of limited time or visibility or by disabled people.
