FIELD: locks giving indication of unauthorised unlocking.

SUBSTANCE: locking-sealing device is intended for locking and sealing of doors of railway cars, freight containers and other objects of long-term storage. In the housing with a piece of rope, one end of which is fixed in the housing, and the second piece is passed through the passage channel and is fixed in it by means of a locking mechanism. In the housing on the side of the inlet hole there is a protective washer. In the housing there is a threaded hole in which a locking screw is placed, and a spring-loaded safety element is installed in parallel in the additional channel. Tip of the working section of the rope is made in the form of a truncated cone with a tip taper angle of not more than 15°. Additional channel is closed from the outside with a plug. One of outer strands of working section of rope is made with coating. On the housing of the device, a coating is applied, with the addition of a phosphor having a luminescence spectrum in the visible range of the spectrum under the effect of ultraviolet radiation, and on the surface of the housing coloured in this way, in addition to the alphanumeric marking, a bar code is applied in which data for authenticating the device are encoded.

EFFECT: locking-sealing device provides higher reliability of the device and ease of passage of the rope when closing the device, provides the possibility of checking authenticity of the locking-sealing device against substitution or forgery.
