METHOD OF MOUNTING REMOVABLE FINISHING CUFFS Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A41D27/10

SUBSTANCE: mounting of removable finishing cuffs is carried out by secret fastener on the button-holes and buttons, for obtaining which the removable cuff and the sleeve are made with planks. The upper edge of the removable cuff lining is stitched to the plank of the cuff with lining, then the upper edge of the removable cuff is stitched to the seam of stitching it to the lining of the said plank. The bottom of the sleeve is treated with welting, the upper edge of which is connected to the plank of the sleeve, its lining and the stitched cuff of the sleeve lining one-piece with the lining, the lower edges of the connected parts are stitched to the sleeve lining, then the finishing line is made in the seam of stitching the cuff of the sleeve lining and the sleeve plank. For mounting the removable cuff to the sleeve on the cuff plank the button-holes are sewn, and on the sleeve plank the buttons are sewn.

EFFECT: increase in quality of garments with lining, bilateral garments made with removable finishing cuffs, as well as providing the possibility of changing the length of the sleeve by wearing the article without cuffs, while simultaneous expanding the range of the processed fabrics.
