FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: heating elements are installed in the housing of the stationary heating chamber which is rigidly attached to the base. There is a temperature sensor and a mobile casing installed with a possibility of reciprocating movement on the base with reference to the stationary heating chamber. In the casing the axial punch with the central viahole is installed through which the stem passes which interacts with end face of the axial punch. The axial punch has a hole pneumatic connected with the source of gas supply into the workpiece cavity. The mechanism for compression of workpiece end faces contains a hydraulic cylinder with two series located pistons with identical diameter with stems. And the piston stem from the workpiece side is implemented in the form of an axial punch with viahole through which the stem of another piston passes which interacts with the axial punch of the mobile casing. Cavities of the hydraulic cylinder are hydraulically interconnected with the source of working medium pressure. The split die is installed in the cavity formed by the heating chamber and the mobile casing.
EFFECT: decrease of moulding force, decrease of thinning of walls of workpieces at deformation that improves the quality of hollow products.
