FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used in electric power engineering, instrument making and medicine at low-temperature initial shaping of articles from materials with thermoelastic martensitic transformation. Claimed process comprises heat cycling after interval of inverse martensitic transformation. Heat cycling is started from martensitic state at 23°C and performed in the temperature range of up to 142°C at permanent stretching stresses at heating and cooling. Note here that heating step stress-to-cooling step stress makes 4.

EFFECT: high magnitudes of superplastic deformation.
