FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to devices for application of liquid substance on spinning surfaces and can be used for fluid application on rolls, screens, hinges, etc. Device consists of dispenser with pipeline system (11) and applicator (1). Working substance feed system is connected to application device (1) with the help of dispenser. Said device (1) is provided with tampon (12). At least one portion of dispenser pipe is integrated in said tampon (12). Proposed method comprises impregnation of application device (1), particularly, tampon (12), with working liquid. Besides, this process comprises fitting of device (1) on moving surface to create the film and lifting of said application device (1). Device can be used for cleaning moving surfaces of cylinders (3), rolls, tensioners (4) or other moving surfaces, particularly, the parts of machines for production of paper, cardboard, or sheets, or chip plates etc, of sediments, dirt, wastes.
EFFECT: decreased sticking, higher efficiency, higher operating rate, easier servicing.
