SUBSTANCE: heat-protective glazing element includes a system of glass plates with the first external glass plate and the second external glass plate, where the first external glass plate projects beyond the second external glass plate on all sides by a value of the projecting surface, a device for maintaining the distance with struts that are intended for setting of distance between glass plates, and an edge sealing device that serves for sealing of an intermediate space between glass plates relative to environment and includes a shaped frame that is fixed vacuum tightly on the projecting surface of the internal side of the first external glass plate, with that, the glazing element is designed for creation in the intermediate space of pressure reduced if compared to ambient atmospheric pressure, and with that, the frame is fixed vacuum tightly on the external side of the second external glass plate and on the side edge of the second external glass plate and forms a negative pressure space connected to the intermediate space, and a provision is made for at least one negative pressure facility that is designed for exhaustion of the negative pressure space through the frame. Besides, the invention describes a manufacturing method of the glazing element.
