SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of manufacturing laminated glass, to the use of laminated glass as vehicle glass, to laminated glass. According to the method for manufacturing laminated glass, the first laminating film, a carrying film and the second laminating film are provided and bonded to form a precomposite. The first laminate, the carrying film, and the second laminating film have the same film thickness. The compensation film and the precomposite are placed to form a stack of layers between the first panel and the second panel, and in each case a strip-like edge film is placed parallel to the two lateral edges of the layer stack, and a compensation film is provided to equalize the displacement between the precomposite and the edge films. A package of layers is laminated including the first panel; the precomposite; the compensation film with edge films and the second panel to form laminated glass. The first laminating film and the second laminating film contain a plasticizer fraction of less than 15 wt%, preferably less than 10 wt%, especially preferably less than 5 wt%. However, it will be better if the first laminating film and the second laminating film do not contain a plasticizer at all.
