FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: core of nanocapsules is vitamins, and gellan gum is used as a shell of nanocapsules produced by means of serial addition of vitamin into gellan gum suspension in hexane in presence of E472c with mixing at 1300 rotations/second, further addition of 1,2-dichloroethane as a precipitator, filtration and drying at room temperature to produce nanocapsules of vitamins at the ratio of core:shell 1:3.
EFFECT: simplified and accelerated process of nanocapsule production and increased yield by mass.
