SUBSTANCE: power supply and control device for open-type bactericidal irradiator comprises network connecting unit and power supply and control unit with starting controller, to which at least one gas-discharge lamp of the bactericidal irradiator is connected, at that the power supply and control unit is complete with gas-discharge lamp monitoring sensor and elapsed time counter made with digital LED indicator. Between the network connecting unit and starting controller of the power supply and control unit there is actuation delay unit and time setter of gas-discharge lamp operation.

EFFECT: improved operational reliability and safety of open-type bactericidal irradiator.
