FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: cylindrical slit antenna comprises a conducting cylindrical housing with a longitudinal slit with the first and second edges and a feeder, and additionally includes the first conducting yoke, the second conducting yoke and a matching cable section. The first yoke is arranged to form a galvanic contact on the first edge of the slit; the second yoke is arranged to form a galvanic contact on the second edge of the slit the feeder on the surface of the cylinder is laid along a straight line which is diametrically opposite to the longitudinal axis of the slit, with bending in the vicinity of the feed point of the slit, passes through the first yoke to form an external conductor of the feeder of the galvanic contact with the first yoke; the matching cable section passes through the second yoke; the centre conductor of the feeder is galvanically connected to the centre conductor of the matching cable section.
EFFECT: wider operating frequency range of the cylindrical slit antenna, providing the antenna with devices for matching with a feeder, which are not critical to dimensions when tuning the antenna to the operating resonance frequency.
