SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering, to capacitor energy converters, and can be used for power supply of low power energy consumers under the climate conditions with sufficient periodic temperature drop, for example day and night, or during flight of the Earth satellite at the orbit during entering the planet shade and its exit. The device converts the energy of the temperature drop, for example, between night and day, to the electric energy. The electric strength of the sulphur hexfluoride by several times exceed the electric strength of air, thus permitting higher voltages at the output then in air. At that the discharge of higher voltage occurs in the sulphur hexfluoride under pressure.
