SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television engineering and can be used primarily in systems for surveillance and detection of mobile objects, as well as in other television automation devices which are made using photodetectors based on charge-coupled device (CCD) arrays. The implementation is provided through panoramic monitoring of the environment in the area of the secure facility while optimising photodetectors by using a target crystal in the form of a circular ring and with arrangement of image ring raster in the television camera.
EFFECT: high accuracy of monitoring the environment in the area of a secure facility.
