FIELD: optical system; photography.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic surveillance, which can be performed television-computer system during whole time of day by television camera with all-round view in region closer to hemisphere, i.e. in solid angle of 360 degrees on azimuth and tens of degrees on elevation angle. Result is achieved by using for CCD arrays target crystal in form of a ring and arrangement in television camera "circular" image raster.
EFFECT: technical result consists in using optimised photodetectors which contain smaller number of pixels on target while maintaining resolution and elevation angle in field of view of the panoramic image.
