FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method of regulation of plants growth is proposed, it comprises soaking and germination of seeds, and the seeds are soaked for 2-3 hours in solutions of 0.8-1.2 g/l of mixture of salts of 89-90% NaCl and 10-11% Na4Cl - to stimulate growth or 89-90% NaCl and 10-11% KCl - to slow the growth of plants after their electric treatment with pH 3.5-4.5 and ORP +450-550 mV or pH 10.0-11.0 and ORP +300-500 mV, respectively, for treatment of seeds of barley and wheat.
EFFECT: method enables to simplify the technology of seed treatment, to reduce the consumption of salts, to expand the range of quality indicators of stock solutions and solutions after electric treatment indicating structural elements of non-flowing diaphragmless cell and electric treatment parameters, and also enables to stimulate and slow down the seed germination, and to expand the range of treating media.
