FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves the treatment of aqueous solutions of NaCl, KCl, Na2SO4, CH3COONa and ascorbic acid in concentrations of 0.5-2 g/l and 0.1-0.3 g/l, respectively. The electric treatment is carried out for 20-28 minutes in a non-current diaphragm electrolyser at a current strength of 0.3 to 0.7 A with a specific consumption of an amount of electricity of 0.132-0.280 Ah⋅ per 1 l of catholyte or anolyte, and catholytes with a pH of 11.0-12.0 and ORP (-800) - (-950) mV (CHSE) are obtained, anolytes with a pH of 2.0-5.0 ORP (+300) - (+1050) mV. The method allows to obtain catholytes of ECA solutions with a fixed pH and ORP, and in the by-product - to sharply reduce or completely remove oxidants.
EFFECT: improving the technology, ecological safety, expanding the assortment of electrochemically activated solutions for processing agricultural raw materials.
