FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for measuring a quality parameter of borehole fluid involves degassing of a fluid flow and measurement of a quality parameter of degassed liquid leaving a separator. With that, measurement of the quality parameter of the degassed liquid is made on some part of the degassed liquid that leaves the separator and that is bypassed via a return circuit to the separator inlet so that constant flow rate of the return flow of degassed liquid is provided. Besides, homogenisation of degassed liquid is performed prior to measurement of the quality parameter.

EFFECT: invention allows improving measurement accuracy of quality parameters of a borehole fluid due to a constant flow rate of the return flow of degassed liquid through measuring devices by means of a pump.
