FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for monitoring flow meters and other metrological characteristics of measuring installations at oil fields, in particular, during their calibration and calibration. Method for monitoring of metrological characteristics of stationary or mobile measuring units, including automated group metering units, intended for measurement in oil field conditions of quantity and quality indicators of extracted crude oil, includes supply from the calibration plant of the initial components, in the form of a verification gas-liquid mixture, into the calibrated measured unit, using for the preparation of the verification gas-liquid mixture of oil production products obtained from the well, wherein initial components used during calibration are oil and water separated from well fluid of said deposit or group of deposits during initial preparation, bringing gas content of mixture to required value of verification conditions; initial components are supplied into the mixing tank, at the same time quantity and quality indices are measured, including water content, by measuring means belonging to the calibration plant; design doses of initial components of liquid phase are mixed in a container-mixer, bringing to a given ratio of oil and water; the obtained calibration mixture is temperature-controlled at the level corresponding to the specified point of the temperature range of operation of the calibrated measuring device; from the receiver tank, a measured amount of the temperature-controlled analogue of associated gas or chemically inert gas is fed into the mixer vessel or to the outlet of the calibration mixture feed pump into the calibrated unit into the calibrator flow, bringing the gas content of the mixture to the required by the verification conditions and providing the supply to the input of the calibrated measuring unit of the gas-liquid mixture containing the known amount of oil, water and gas; sending the verification gas-liquid mixture to the calibrated plant separator inlet; in the calibrated measuring unit, the calibration gas-liquid mixture, which came from the calibration plant, is separated into a liquid and a gas; measuring means of the calibrated measuring unit are used to measure given values of the quantity and quality of the test liquid and gas, including water content, and obtained results are compared with reliably known parameters of gas-liquid mixture supplied from calibration plant.
EFFECT: increased reliability of measurements of quantity and quality indices of oil production products, as well as reduced labor intensity and duration of calibration operations cycle.
