SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to a method of harvesting grain crops with stripping the roller of the grain mass and a device for its implementation. In implementing the method of harvesting grain crops with stripping the roller of the grain mass, the mowed grain mass is picked from the roller by the picker. The grain mass is drawn-in between the ribbed feeding roller and the upper working surface of the picker. The grain mass is compacted by the rubberized rollers. The ears are stripped by the stripper combs. The stripped ears are transported to the container of the vehicle moving near or into a receiving hopper of the grain combine harvester threshing device. The stripped stalks are transported by the toothed combs of the drum to the grinder. The stripped stalks are ground with the release of the ground mass outwards. The device for harvesting grain crops with stripping the roller of the grain mass comprises a gauge platform, a picker, a ribbed feeding roller, two rubber-coated rollers, a drum with the stripper and toothed combs, a grinder, an auger, an unloading device with a fan. The rubber-coated rollers are mounted one above the other. The toothed combs of the drum are located between the stripper combs at different levels. The ability is provided of stripping ears while holding the stalk and the ability of separation of the flow of stripped ears and the stripped stalks.
