REAPING PART FOR STRIPPING OF GROWING CROPS Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A01D41/08 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture machine building. The reaping part contains floating platform 1 with outside dividers 2 and support shoes 3, reeler 4, stripping device 5, stripping comb 6 with fingers and catching holes, screw feeder 9 and inclined chamber 14 with conveyor 15. The screw feeder 9 has dual-lead spiral tapes at edges and inclined oval disk in middle part. On the disk two oval half-disks are installed with possibility of movement. The stripping device 5 and screw feeder 9 are made as one assembly. Flanging is made on the outside ribs of the oval half-disks and outside ribs of one of two spiral tapes installed at each side of the screw feeder 9. At the flanging end the stripping teeth are installed. The stripping comb 6 is secured on the front part of the bottom 18 of the crew feeder 9, at that the catching holes are always in work zone of the stripping teeth.

EFFECT: reaping part for stripping of the growing crops ensures high capacity of harvesting, and reduced damage of the seeds.
