SUBSTANCE: method includes scanning the surface of an investigated object with a laser beam using galvanic scanners with simultaneous recording of scanning coordinates and voltage in proportion to the photoresponse value at a given point of the investigated object.
EFFECT: obtaining data on distribution of energy parameters of photoelectric converters in solar panels, enabling rendering of the obtained data.
