FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: claimed device comprises translucent optical element with elements distributed over its aperture to vary parameters of laser beam crossing the latter, spatial filter and image repeater, all components being arranged along laser beam path. Said elements distributed over the aperture of said translucent optical elements are composed of solid, straight and parallel equal-width lines. Length of every line exceeds the size of laser beam aperture. Spacing between lines differs and is selected in compliance with the function of distribution of said spatial; beam in the plane perpendicular to said lines. Said elements distributed over the aperture of said translucent optical element dissipate, or vary the intensity of polarisation, or combination of dissipation, variation of intensity and polarisation of laser beam.

EFFECT: decreased total number of elements and coordinates for their positioning.
