FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: sliding safety bumper for a vehicle includes protective components installed along perimeter of vehicle's body or in separate areas. The protective components form movable surface extending at periphery of vehicle which surface is covered from outside by panels made of strong material. The protective components are made as rolled-up elastic constant magnets. The rolls are tightly without fixation located vertically in separate cells of elastoplastic cladding fixed in some areas of body. Outer edges of strips of each roll are attached to inner surfaces of panels covering cells with rolls.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vehicle protection.
