FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: bumper serves to absorb shock energy of collision between vehicle and obstacle. This bumper comprises movable outer frame (2) and fixed inner frame (3) installed on the body (1) connected by cylindrical coil springs (4). Thrust bolt (7) is secured by axial retainer at frame (3) opposite every front wheel (6) to be collapsed by preset force at collision. Thrust bolt head facing the outer frame (2) to contact therewith at impact is fitted into spring (4). Bolt threaded part (9) is fitted into body (1) and provided with steel strap (11) as hollow cylinder side surface section to get in contact, at collision and axial retainer collapse, with front working surface of appropriate front wheel (6).
