FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed bumper comprises shock bar flexible secured at the body with the help of side guides and mid straining elements. The latter are composed of a system of steel corrugated and U-curved bellows partially filled with thick antifreeze and sealed at their ends. Bed of every bellow is squeezed between the planes of two plates with the help of opposite recesses made along one edge of said plates. Said recesses feature hemispherical cross-section and outlined as lower part of curved bellows. Said plates are stacked to face by bellow upper part aforesaid bar, said stack being rigidly secured by opposite part to the body. Upper free ends of bellows are brought in contact with the bar inner surface.
EFFECT: higher safety at collisions.
