FIELD: personal demand items.
SUBSTANCE: overalls of rescuers operating in extraordinary, seismic and hazardous conditions in combination with radioactive radiation consisting of the protective jacket from mechanical impact, semi-overalls, vest, vibroprotective footwear and the rescuer's helmet, the protective jacket is made with protective shell, is consists of the fabric lining connected to protective shells, and elastic frame studs are fixed by means of clamps on the belt in the fabric lining, and the protective shells are fastened on elastic frame studs, the protective shell has three layers, and the first layer facing towards the operator environment, is implemented in the form of the interconnected rings the material of which is stainless steel, the third layer facing towards the operator's body, is made from punched polymeric material, for example aramide fibre, it differs in that the second layer, located between them is used, is elastic and made from ferromagnetic fabric containing the base, binding polymeric substance and powder of ferromagnetic material, the base of fabric is manufactured by the calico weave method, the main and weft threads are arranged as alternating mylar and magnetosoft monothreads, the amount of threads per meter amounts 5000÷7000, magnetosoft monothreads are made from supermalloy or from molybdenic permalloy with the diameter 0.05÷0.1 mm, and mylar threads have the linear density 10÷20 tex, the ferromagnetic powder is high-coercive alloy powder, and the content of components in fabric is in the following ratio, wt %: lavsan threads 10÷15 ; monothreads of magnetosoft material 20÷25; binding polymeric substance - acrylic copolymers 10÷15; powder of a high-coercive alloy 50÷55, and the second layer is made of the material absorbing radioactive radiation with the absorption coefficient corresponding to the rate of dose of ionizing radiation, which is the material containing the filler in the form lead oxides (oxide of lead II, IY) and binder - polyvinylbutyral, ethyl acetate, di-(alkyl polyethylene glycol) ether of phosphoric acid with the formula where n = 6, R - the alkyl residue containing 8-10 atoms of carbon, and ethyl cellulose at the following ratio of components, is used, wt %: oxide of lead II, IY 30.6-56.8; polyvinylbutyral 3.8-10.2; ethyl acetate 14.3-26.5; di-(alkyl polyethylene glycol ether of phosphoric acid) 0.2-0.4; ethyl cellulose - the rest; the new composition of the binder in the offered invention provides full compatibility with oxides of lead and allows to produce materials with high lead equivalent and degree of flexibility which has good adhesion to metals, to concrete, brick, also the material is the high-concentrated suspension which quickly hardens in air, and the material viscosity is 20÷70 Pa×s that allows to cast from it films of various thickness by die or extruder, to apply on a surface with brush, splashing, fill in various cavities, cracks and channels.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of protection of rescuer in seismic and hazardous conditions in combination with radioactive radiation due to use of ferromagnetic material with improved parameters of absorption and dispersion of radioactive radiation, and also its increased durability.
