FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a polyamide resin composition, a method for production thereof and a multilayer moulded article used as packaging material. The polyamide resin composition contains a polyamide (X), which includes a diamine link which includes 90 mol % or more of a methaxylylene diamine link, and a dicarboxylic acid link, which includes 70 mol % or more of an adipic acid link or a sebacic acid link, and an alkaline compound (A), which is at least one compound selected from carbonates and carboxylates of alkali metals and alkali-earth metals, where the following equations from (1) to (4) are satisfied: 10≤([COOH]-[NH2])≤80 (1); 0.32≤P<6.46 (2); 0.50≤M<17.00 (3); 2≤M/P≤3 (4). In said equations (1)-(4) [COOH] denotes concentration (mceq/g) of terminal carboxyl groups in the polyamide (X); [NH2] denotes concentration (mceq/g) of terminal amino groups in the polyamide (X); P denotes molar concentration (mcmol/g) of phosphorus atoms contained in one gram of the polyamide resin composition; and M denotes the sum (mcmol/g) of values obtained by multiplying molar concentration of the alkali metal atom and molar concentration of the alkali-earth metal atom (content of each in one gram of the polyamide resin composition) by its valence, respectively. Also described is a method of producing the polyamide resin composition, which includes polycondensation of a diamine and a dicarboxylic acid in the presence of a compound (B), containing a phosphorus atom, to obtain a polyamide (X) and then adding an alkaline compound (A), as well as a multilayer moulded article.

EFFECT: providing a polyamide resin composition characterised by good colour hue, which produces less gel-like substance during production and moulding, where a multilayer article made from said polyamide resin contains less burnt residue.
