FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: process line for manufacture of waterproof building boards, mainly gypsum plasterboards based on plaster, plaster modifier, water of plasticity and straw of rye, rice or cane contains located in process sequence and interconnected by vehicles - the fibrous filler preparation assembly, the batcher, the continuous or periodic mixer, assembly of preparation and batch supply of plaster raw materials, the plaster modifier and water of plasticity, the product carpet formation assembly, assembly for stacking of products in packages, the device for pressing of formed packages, assembly for dismantling, cutting, drying and warehousing of finished products. The assembly of preparation of fibrous filler is fitted with the device for cutting of straw of rye, rice or a cane in fibres and the device for screening of fibres and separation of waste material. The mixer is interconnected with the product carpet formation assembly and through the batcher with the assembly of preparation of fibrous filler and assemblies of supply of plaster raw materials, plaster modifier and water of plasticity.

EFFECT: manufacture of durable, moisture resistant gypsum plasterboard, shortening time of construction, increase of service life and overall performance.
