Technical result is achieved due to supply from one of power source electrodes of electric potential on the surface of electrode, made in from of envelope with smooth surface with curvature radius not less than zero. Electric connection of the other power source electrode with case is realised via additional envelope, made in form of electrically conductive power source case. provision of guaranteed clearance and insulation of dispersed liquid from the surface of electrically charged electrode are realised with porous with open pores partition installed in clearance between electrode and surface of dispersed liquid, with obtaining specified size of formed aerosols being achieved by varying dimensions of capillaries of open pores of porous partition, electric field parameters and rate of passing air flow.
EFFECT: simplification of technology of disperse aerosol formation, including nanometer range.
