FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: fodder additive for farm livestock contains the stock culture of bacteria, nutrient medium and water. The stock culture of bacteria is a prepared solution of the preparation "EM-Kurunga", and the nutrient medium is high-maltose syrup. All components are taken in a certain ratio. The method of obtaining fodder additive includes processing of a nutrient medium solution of the preparation "EM-Kurunga". The solution of the preparation "EM-Kurunga" is prepared by dissolution of 120 g of the dry preparation "EM-Kurunga" in the solution of skim milk prepared by dissolution of 1 kg of powdered skim milk in 6 litres of water at the temperature 20-25°C, conditioning with stirring during 7 days, the subsequent mixing of the obtained solution with 30 l of water at the temperature 30°C, adding of 5 kg of powdered skim milk and conditioning with stirring during 3 days. The prepared solution of the preparation "EM-Kurunga" is mixed with the high-maltose syrup at a ratio (4.5-5.5): (1-1.5) respectively and with water at the temperature 30-35°C with the subsequent conditioning with stirring during 20 days. The ready-made product is poured in containers. The method of forage preparation for farm livestock consists in mixing of bacteria culture with the nutrient medium. The bacteria culture of use the fodder additive stated above, and as a nutrient medium - grain mix and beet syrup. The fodder additive ferment is prepared using milk by mixing of 60 l of milk and 20 l of fodder additive with conditioning during 48 hours. Then 80 kg of milled grain mix are added to the ferment and conditioned during 24 hours. Then 20 kg of the prepared mass are mixed with 130-150 l of water at the temperature 30°C, from 80 kg of shredded grain mix and 10 l of beet syrup and conditioned during 24 hours. In the forage preparation method the nutrient medium can be beet syrup. In this case the fodder additive ferment is prepared using milk by mixing of 60 l of milk and 20 l of fodder additive with conditioning during 48 hours. The ferment is added by 10-15 l of beet syrup and diluted with water at the temperature 30°C for obtaining of the fermented beet syrup with the concentration 5-10% and it is conditioned during 24 hours.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to obtain the effective fodder additive, more rational and less expensive technologies of obtaining of fodder additives and forages for the farm livestock improving the processes of digestion and nutrition of matters with positive properties.
