FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: permanent magnets out of cast alloys with the following composition in wt %: Sm - 24.5-26.0, Fe - 16.0-18.0, Cu - 4.0-6.0, Zr - 2.5-3.2, Co - rest, is pre-treated with making of samples of the magnetic materials with textured polycrystal structure, then high temperature treatment and isothermal tempering of the produced samples of the magnetic materials in electric resistance vacuum chamber are performed in inert gas at temperature 790-810°C for 12-16 hours followed with cooling to room temperature, them samples are held in bell furnace at 800°C till their heating through entire volume to specified temperature, and cooled to 420-380°C with rate 50-100°C/h, at that the magnetic material samples are cooled in the magnetic field with intensity 80-160 kA/m.
EFFECT: increased density and strength, coercitive force and residual induction of produced magnetic materials.
