FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to assembly of heavy machine, for example windmill turbine cowls (3) at flow line (1) including two or more assembly stations (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6). Proposed process comprises the step that follows. First, prepared assembly trailer (5, 5a, 5b, …, 5n-2, 5n-1, 5n is installed in flow line (1) ahead of or at first assembly station (A1). Said assembly trailer (5, 5a, 5b, …, 5n-2, 5n-1, 5n) is connected with at least flow line towing link (37) if said trailer (5, 5a, 5b, …, 5n-2, 5n-1, 5n) is installed ahead of said first assembly station (A1). Then, said trailer (5, 5a, 5b, …, 5n-2, 5n-1, 5n) is displaced to said first assembly station (A1). Otherwise, all flow line assembly trailers (5, 5a, 5b, …, 5n-2, 5n-1, 5n) are displaced to the next assembly station (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6). Note here that displacement of flow line trailers (5, 5a, 5b, …, 5n-2, 5n-1, 5n) are performed in steps in time.
EFFECT: simplified design and servicing in assembly process.
