FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: flow line comprises devices to receive and to lay bars according to a distribution diagram of an assembled switch and an aggregate (9) moving along enclosing guides to assemble a switch (3) with working elements to connect metal parts of the switch with bars. The specified aggregate is equipped with tighteners to guides (8) and is provided with two symmetrically placed trolleys (27, 28) as capable of displacement along the transverse axis (25) perpendicular to displacement of the aggregate. Trolleys are equipped with nutrunners having aggregate control panels. Along the transverse axis on the guides (29) there are two carriages (31, 32) mounted as movable along the guides and joined with a traction rod to each other. Carriages are equipped with rail pushers. Also an ordinate rack is mounted along the transverse axis as capable of displacement along it, equipped with ordinate setters for interaction with a sensor of its stop on the carriage and a support against an outer rail of the switch straight track.
EFFECT: invention provides for arrangement of bars and connection of its metal parts with them by a mechanised method with the possibility to automate separate operations.
