FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: unit contains the air duct contained and installed in series the compressed air source, heat exchanger, air filter with device for condensate drainage, dust filter, membrane gas distribution device, adsorber, intermediate receiver, choke, check valve, it can be installed both upstream and downstream the choke, main receiver, adjustable gearbox and output valve. The compressor is compressed air source. The intermediate receiver is made as tank or pneumatic line. The condensate drainage device has accumulating cavity and valve. The additional dust filter can be installed downstream the intermediate receiver. The accumulating receiver can be installed downstream the compressed air source. The membrane gas distribution device, adsorber and intermediate receiver can be installed in same casing.
EFFECT: increased degree of air drying, increased quality and operation reliability, increased service life of the unit upon reduced power consumption, this in its turn reduces costs for the unit maintenance.
