FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: mixture contains the following components, wt %: slag-forming material 55-65 and organic addition 35-45. Slag-forming material contains in wt %: microsilica 37, dust of aluminium production gas cleaning 21, and dust of lime production 42. As the organic addition the mixture is used containing in wt %: glume of grain-crops 40-50 and shell of sunflower 50-60. The slag formed in the ladle has increased assimilation of the non-metal inclusions.
EFFECT: reduced heat losses during steel casting, reduced bad quality linked with temperature differences and steel solidification in the ladle, and reduced steel contamination by the non-metal inclusions.
