FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: porous alloy based on titanium nickelide is produced from the charge compacted to porosity 45-50% at pre-heating temperature 400-450°C. The obtained porous alloy is subjected to several cycles of chemical etching in solution of nitric and hydrofluoric acids till metallic lustre, then sample is immersed in water for 10-12 hours.
EFFECT: accelerated penetration of tissues, and increased service life of the porous implant in organism due to optimal dimensions of pores and partitions, reduced scattering, and increased specific surface.
