FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises additional heating of the heating agent in front of the vacuum de-aerator in the heat pump system, in which the heated circulation water after the turbine condenser is used as a source of low-grade heat. The warmth of the heated circulation water is recovered in heat pump systems of the network and makeup water, and the make-up water is used as a part of the exhaust circulation water, which is then heated in the heat pump system, the vacuum deaerator and fed into the supply or the return network pipeline, depending on the average daily outdoor temperature.

EFFECT: increase in electricity generation due to the maximum possible removal of heat from the circulation water and the return network water.
