FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing liquid hydrocarbons with very low content of sulphur and very low content of aromatic compounds, containing less than 5 ppm sulphur and having content of aromatic compounds lower than 100 ppm, boiling in the interval from 100 to 400°C and having a boiling range not higher than 75°C. The method includes at least two consecutive steps: hydrodesulphurisation of the middle distillate to less than 10 ppm sulphur, wherein hydrodesulphurisation of the middle distillate is carried out at reaction temperature higher than 300°C, pressure higher than 70 bar in the presence of a desulphurisation catalyst in a fixed-bed reactor, and catalytic hydrogenation of the desulphurised middle distillates from the previous step at temperature of 80-180°C and pressure of 60-160 bar using a supported nickel catalyst. The middle distillates are obtained from output streams from an atmospheric distillation apparatus or from an atmospheric distillation apparatus and output streams from catalytic cracking, wherein said distillates boil in the range from 200°C to 380°C. Said method further includes a step for preliminary fractionation of a fed substance with low sulphur content before the hydrogenation step into fractions having a boiling range lower than 90°C which are then hydrogenated, and a step of fractionating the hydrogenated products to obtain liquids with a boiling range not higher than 75°C.
EFFECT: method provides content of aromatic compounds in the product of less than 100 ppm without cracking molecules at low temperature and high hydrogenation pressure, even if the hydrocarbon liquid has a boiling point higher than 300°C.
