FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of biodegradable hydrocarbon fluids. Disclosed is a method of producing a liquid having a boiling point and a boiling point in range of 100 to 340 °C and containing more than 95 wt. % isoparaffins, and containing less than 100 weight parts per million of aromatic substances, comprising a step of catalytic hydrogenation of a feedstock containing more than 95 wt. % hydrodeoxygenated isomerate hydrocarbon feedstock-biomass, at temperature of 80 to 180 °C, under pressure from 50 to 160 bar, with liquid hourly space velocity of 0.2-5 h-1 and hydrogen dosage up to 200 nm3/ton of raw material, as well as liquid produced by the proposed method.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining biodegradable hydrocarbon liquids with narrow boiling intervals and with very low content of aromatic substances.
