FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of water treatment from various admixtures of organic and inorganic nature and may be used for treatment of natural water, industrial, storm and domestic waste water. A water treatment plant comprises a settling balance tank for initial flow of treated water, a unit of flocculant supply, a discharge floater, units of electrochemical treatment and filtration of treated water, a sludge collector, a unit of treated water radiation with ultraviolet range light waves, a system of automatic control and monitoring of water treatment process. The discharge floater and the unit of electrochemical treatment are located in a single cell open from top in the form of a parallelepiped with end walls of adjustable height and are separated from each other with a flat partition perpendicular to direction of water flow and having a hole in the lower part. The discharge floater is equipped with a scraper and a pocket for foam sludge collection. The unit of electrochemical treatment comprises a unit of electrochemical oxidation with cathode-anode electrodes in the form of plates covered with ruthenium oxide, and a multi-channel membrane aerator of compressed air located underneath. The filtration unit is made of serially arranged a sleeve self-shaking and sorption filters.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to efficiently treat water of various origin.
