Radial single-row ball bearing with the female race, weights secured to the race, second weight secured to the pulley, ring with diameter cutout made integral with said shaft and weight secured to said ring. Lever has two lengthwise cutouts while both ties secured to its end from different sides, rod with two nuts coupling said ring with said lever, bolt coupling said rod with said nut and screws coupling said nut with said lever. Five weights are secured via ties and pulleys.
EFFECT: expanded range of material specimens complex tests.
