FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment, namely to devices for fatigue tests of material specimens for impact bending and bending with torsion at a complex loading cycle, and can be used in works and research laboratories. The device includes a base, a platform mounted on the base so that it can be rotated, a passive specimen holder installed radially on the platform, two units arranged on opposite sides of the platform and fixed by means of an axle on the base, two flexible tie-rods enveloping the units, one end of each of which is connected to the platform, as well as two groups of loads, which are in-series connected to each other and to the other end of the corresponding flexible tie-rod in each group, a mechanism for the platform return to the initial position in the form of the above groups of loads, a loader in the form of a gear rack installed on the base with a possibility of back-and-forth movement and interaction with an active specimen holder, and a pair of gear sectors kinematically connected to a rotation drive with a possibility of periodic and alternating engagement with the gear rack. The platform is made in the form of a rod; a lever is attached to the head of the passive specimen holder by means of two nuts; in the upper part of the rod there are two slots on both sides, which allow the lever together with the head of the passive holder to be rotated about its axis in one and the other direction; the active holder has no free rotation relative to its axis; additionally, two units fixed by means of the axis are arranged on opposite sides of the free lever end; two flexible tie-rods enveloping the units, one end of each of which is connected to the lever, as well as two groups of loads, which are in-series connected to each other and to the other end of the corresponding flexible tie-rod in each group, and a mechanism for the rod return to the initial position in the form of the above loads.
EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities by testing a specimen not only for impact bending, but also for impact bending with torsion.
