All the components are taken in a specific ratio. And in the cryopreservation of semen the medium additionally comprises N,N-dimethylacetamide at a concentration of 8%.
EFFECT: use of invention enables to improve the biological full-value of sperm cells of turkeys during long-term storage and cryopreservation.
