SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame, a drum mounted on it with the ability of rotation. The drum consists of sections, is made expanding along the length to its centre of barrel shape. The sections are mounted along the length of the drum on the perimeter, first from the loading device to the middle of the drum of alternately connected one equilateral trapezoid, two identical scalene trapezoids and the second equilateral trapezium smaller in height than the first one, the lower bases of which are equal to each other in each of the trapezoids and less than the upper bases, also equal to each other in all four trapezoids to form the sections of a square at the ends. The square of each subsequent section is rotated relative to the square of the previous by the angle of 180°. Each attached section has the sides of the square of the lower base, equal to the sides of the square of the upper base of the previous section. After the middle of the drum to the unloading device the sections are mounted of serially connected one equilateral trapezoid, two identical scalene trapezoids and a second equilateral trapezoid, smaller in height than the first one, the lower bases of which are equal to each other in each of the trapezoids and greater than the upper bases also equal to each other in all four trapezoids, forming at the ends of the sections of a square. The square of each subsequent section is rotated relative to the square of the previous one by the angle of 180°. Each attached section has the sides of the square of the lower base, equal to the sides of the square of the upper base of the previous section. Along the entire length of the drum a coil spring is mounted, having a device for changing the coil pitch by its stretching or compression.
