FIELD: grinding technique.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of grinding solid materials and can be used in the construction, chemical and metallurgical industries, as well as in agricultural production. Mill contains a frame with a drum and a loading device mounted on it, a discharge device. Frame is suspended on the frame by means of rubber-cord air bellows. Drum is made of broken form along the perimeter and is provided with four broken side surfaces and four broken lines with a step of variable length of the drum, increasing with increasing bore from loading to unloading. Drum is made of sections mounted along the perimeter of alternately connected four walls of the section, two opposite walls of which are made in the form of equilateral trapezoids, and one of them has a smaller height than the other, and two other identical walls opposite to each other are made in the form of uneven trapezoids. Lower bases of all four trapeziums are equal to each other and smaller than the upper bases, which are also equal to each other in all four trapeziums with the formation of square sections at the ends. Square of each subsequent section is rotated relative to the previous square by an angle of 90°. Each attached section has the sides of the square of the lower base, equal to the sides of the square of the upper base of the previous section. Entire length of the inside of the drum is equipped with a square-shaped conical compression-tension spring, which is equipped with a device for changing the pitch of the turns.

EFFECT: mill allows to expand technological capabilities and provides improved grinding performance.
