FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing 1-palmitoyl-3-acetylglycerine, which includes steps of preparing a reaction mixture which includes 1-palmitoyl-3-acetylglycerine of formula 1, by reacting 1-palmitoylglycerine of formula 2 and an acetylation agent; separating 1-palmitoyl-3-acetylglycerine by crystallising the reaction mixture in a saturated hydrocarbon solvent having 5-7 carbon atoms; where the amount of the acetylation agent is 1.3-1.4 times the equivalent with respect to 1-palmitoylglycerine. The compounds of formulae 1 and 2 are racemic or optically active compounds. The invention also relates to a method of producing 1-palmitoyl-2-linoleoyl-3-acetylglycerine, which includes steps of preparing a reaction mixture which includes 1-palmitoyl-3-acetylglycerine of formula 1 by reacting 1-palmitoylglycerine of formula 2 and an acetylation agent; separating 1-palmitoyl-3-acetylglycerine by crystallising the reaction mixture in a saturated hydrocarbon solvent having 5-7 carbon atoms; obtaining a mixed anhydride by reacting linoleic acid and pivaloyl chloride in a nonpolar organic solvent in the presence of an organic base; and obtaining 1-palmitoyl-2-linoleoyl-3-acetylglycerine of formula 3 by reacting 1-palmitoyl-3-acetylglycerine and said mixed anhydride in the presence of 4-dimethylaminopyridine; where the amount of the acetylation agent is 1.3-1.4 times the equivalent with respect to 1-palmitoylglycerine, wherein the compounds of formulae 1, 2 and 3 are racemic or optically active compounds.
EFFECT: methods enable to obtain 1-palmitoyl-3-acetylglycerine with high purity and high output without purification using column chromatography, as well as 1-palmitoyl-2-linoleoyl-3-acetylglycerine with high purity and high output.
