FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: separator of bulk materials includes row of zigzag installed one under another concave sieving surfaces in form of pins cantilever fitted with clearance between each other. Lower part of the row of sieving surface has plate installed on external vertical surface of the holder at angle α to vertical (40°<α<60°). Distance h from end of bottom part of the plate to the opposite sieving surface is linked with diameter of the corn seed of the treated material by ratio 5d<h<15d, where d is corn seed diameter, mm; h is distance from end of bottom part of plate to opposite sieving surface, mm.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and quality of corn separation.
